Movies at Medlin Drive-in Movie Vendor Application

  2. Event location: Medlin Ramps 1900 U.S. Highway 54

    Event Dates: June 5th, July 10th, and August 14th

    Cost: $30.00 per space without electricity (must bring a generator)

    Last day to register: The Thursday before the event at 5:00 pm.

    Vendor set up: 6:00 PM to 7:00 pm the day of the event.

  6. VENDOR INFORMATION:

    ◆ The deadline to submit a vendor application is the Thursday before each event, at 5:00 pm. Applications will be submitted to jsides@ci.alamogordo.nm.us

    ◆For more information call: (575) 415-7322. Please reference the event when calling.

    ◆ Spaces are determined on a first-come-first-served basis. Spaces are assigned by the Special Events Manager although requests will be considered. Space assignment is subject to change upon arrival due to unforeseen circumstances.

    ◆ All event information will be sent via email…so please include an email address!! Applicants without emails will not be accepted!

    ◆ Vendors are not allowed to leave the event early. Vendors will be allowed to pack up 30 minutes before the event ends. In an emergency or bad driving weather situation, please contact one of the event personnel and inform them of your departure.

    The area must be cleaned and left in a similar condition upon departure.

    ◆ Specify space requirements. The organization/group must supply their own tents, tables, seating, and equipment.

    ◆ Vendors are not allowed to walk around the park selling raffle tickets, balloons, food, products, etc. All vendors must remain in the immediate vicinity of their booth.

    ◆ The Community Services Department has the right to deny any application that we feel does not meet the guidelines set forth to participate in this event. Anyone falsifying his or her application will be asked to leave the park.

    ◆ Set–up for vendor spaces will begin the day of the event at 6:00 PM.

    ◆ Vendors are not allowed to sell or distribute weapons of any kind at this event. Alamogordo Police Department will determine if the items, in question, are considered a weapon or a device that can potentially cause harm.

  7. COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:
      • Vendors are responsible for ensuring guests at their booth/area are maintaining social distancing and wearing face coverings unless the guest is eating or drinking or exempt under PHO 20210514.
      • Vendors are responsible for ensuring they and their employees/volunteers are wearing face coverings and maintaining social distancing unless exempt under PHO 20210514.
      • Vendors who are found to be in violation of these protocols will be asked to leave the event immediately and, if applicable, no refunds shall be given.

  8. The above representations are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I have read and understand the above conditions; I agree to said conditions. I understand and agree that I may be personally liable for failure for non-compliance with said conditions. I also release and hold harmless the City of Alamogordo and its employees or sponsors from any claims for personal injury, wrongful death or property damage arising from my participation in this event. Although staff is on site, the City is not liable for damaged or stolen merchandise left at Medlin Ramps.
