Dog Park Request

Bark Park, for dogs and their human companions, was established in 2006. The Community Services Department opened this park in response to many citizens’ requests for a dog park, at a cost of under $10,000 in materials to construct. It is located on Fairgrounds Road. Turn East off of North Florida Avenue; it’s next to Grigg’s Ballfields. All dogs are welcome at this safe, fenced park. A dog waste receptacle is on site.

Park Rules

When using the park, please remember to keep your dog on leash until your pet is safely inside the fence, and please bring a plastic bag for picking up waste. Please also bring water for your pet. Remember, never leave your dog inside a closed car. The temperature rises quickly and can cause brain damage or death.
