6. This permit is issued subject to all applicable municipal and state laws and specifically subject to the provisions of the codified ordinances of the City of Alamogordo which may apply. Section 11-05-270 detailing Unreasonable Noise still applies regardless of issuance of a Special Events Permit. Section 11-05-270 prohibits unreasonably loud, disturbing, or unnecessary noise.
